The parish program for Religious Education began this past weekend as we celebrated Catechetical Sunday. At the 10:00 am Mass the catechists were blessed and the mass was followed by a parish coffee.
We are still firming up our class lists. Registrations are still being accepted for all grades. The program begins with Kindergarten on Sunday and Tuesday afternoon and continues through the 8th grade. Registration can be done on line. Under the word Learn you will find the Religious Education information.
Payments for class can be made in the office during class time or you can mail to the office. All check are made to: OUR LADY OF MOUNT CARMEL CHURCH.
We thank all those who are serving as Catechists this year. If anyone is interested in this ministry, please get in touch. Our Confirmation candidates have volunteered as aides on Sunday and Tuesday afternoon and we truly appreciate their service. This is excellent training for a catechist. If you can volunteer in the office on Sunday morning we would appreciate the service.
