“They cast out many demons, and anointed with oil
many that were sick and healed them.” Mark 6:13
The anointing of the sick conveys several graces and imparts gifts of strengthening in the Holy Spirit against anxiety, discouragement, and temptation, and conveys peace and fortitude (Catechism of the Catholic Church 1520).
All persons in need of healing of body, mind or spirit are invited to receive the Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in the Church; Senior Luncheon follows in the Parish Auditorium.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO ASSIST AT ANOINTING OF THE SICK
We are seeking volunteers to assist individuals in need during the Anointing of the Sick on Saturday, October 13th. We are also looking for people who can help with the luncheon afterwards. Please call the Church Office at 201-568-0545 if you can assist.
