This Week’s Gospel Message

Wednesday, May 8th, 2019

This Week’s Gospel Message for Sunday, May 12th is from John 10:27-30.

“Jesus said: ‘My sheep hear my voice; I know them, and they follow me.’”

“As members of his flock, do we recognize Jesus’ voice? Can we hear his voice in the same people to whom he reached out—the neglected and the scorned? The hungry and the imprisoned? The homeless and the refugee? The aged and the unborn? The pregnant teen? The abused child? They may be reaching out to us, looking for someone to hear them, really hear their voice.” Source:  Pastoral Patterns, Summer 2019
