Thank You From The Office of Concern Food Pantry

On behalf of all the volunteers at the Office of Concern Food Pantry at St. Cecilia and the needy families we serve, I want to thank you and your students in the Religious Education program and for your generosity for our Thanksgiving drive.

We gratefully acknowledge your Thanksgiving donation of 450 healthy packets of food snacks. Our volunteers were happy to distribute these packets as part of our “Nutrition Plus” program and received many happy smiles on the faces of our clients.

The Academy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel donation allowed the Office of Concern to serve our needy families a meal for Thanksgiving so they can celebrate this holiday as it should be celebrated with a big turkey and all the trimmings.

The Office of Concern has grown into one of the largest food pantries in Bergen County. We serve 800 needy families with incomes below the poverty line. We operate through the generosity of churches, schools and businesses and that generosity is what keeps our doors open to all needy people in Bergen County regardless of race, religion or culture.

We truly appreciate your Religious Education Program support this year.
