If you are unable to visit the Church Office, please mail your request to the Church Office (please specify the week you are requesting) and provide contact information in case your date of choice is not available. There is a limit of 2 requests for either Bread and Wine or Sanctuary Lamp.
Please make check payable to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in the amount of $10 for each Bread and Wine and Sanctuary Lamp intention.
