Registration for the vaccine has been proven to be difficult for many — Our Lady of Mount Carmel is here to help this weekend after each Mass!

OLMC parishioner and Academy parent Dr. Diane Triolo, has witnessed firsthand the struggles people are having registering for the Covid vaccine. “Every day numerous patients call my office looking for help registering for the vaccine” she says. “The truth is the registration process can be a difficult and confusing process to navigate.” That is why Dr. Triolo has offered to meet with anyone interested in getting assistance with the process after masses this weekend. After each mass she will meet anyone interested in getting help in the narthex to guide them through registration.

“Distribution of the vaccine is slowly getting better but our most vulnerable populations—senior citizens and those with serious health conditions—are still struggling to sign up” she says. “I hope people will feel comfortable stopping by after mass for assistance whether their questions involve getting themselves vaccinated or their loved ones or neighbors in their community.”

Dr. Diane Triolo was born and raised in Bergen county and a 1999 graduate of the Academy of the Holy Angels. Dr. Triolo went to NYU for undergraduate and graduated medical school at New York Medical College in 2007. She is a practicing nephrologist in Teaneck with privileges at both Holy Name and Englewood Hospital. Her husband and her are active parishioners at OLMC raising thier 3 little girls ages 9, 5 and 2. Our older 2 daughters are students here at the Academy of Our Lady of Mt Carmel.
