All sacraments are necessarily related to baptism, the first sacrament we celebrate. First Communion is an extension of that day as children are welcomed to the family meal—the Eucharist.
Parents whose children are preparing for First Eucharist this year are reminded to work on the preparation material and banner kit with their child.
The Sacrament of First Eucharist will be celebrated:
Saturday, April 24th at 11 AM
(Rehearsal – Thursday, April 22 at 3:30 PM in the church)
Saturday, May 1st at 11 AM
(Rehearsal – Thursday, April 29 at 3:30 PM in the church)
Saturday, May 8th at 11 AM
(Rehearsal – Thursday, May 6 at 3:30 PM in the church)
Families were notified of their child’s date of First Communion.
Please pray for the children who will be receiving First Communion next Saturday. May their First Communion day be a joyous celebration for the children and their families.
