Vaccine Open Forum

Thursday, June 3rd, 2021

On June 2, 2021 both the academy and church at OLMC held a Facebook Live event with three area medical professionals to answer questions about the vaccine like, “When can I vaccinate my child?” or “What about other conditions can affect my getting a vaccine?” and much more. Our medical panel fielded a lot of great questions from our Facebook audience. See the video below.

Be sure to check out the “Recommended Daily Dosepodcast hosted by two of our panelists, Dr. Suraj Saggar and Dr. Clenton Coleman.

Who is on our medical panel?

Dr. Coleman

Dr. Clenton Coleman is a medical doctor specializing in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, serving the residents of the Teaneck, New Jersey area, as well as the surrounding communities. Along with providing annual checkups and preventative medicine, Dr. Coleman treats conditions including hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, end-stage renal disease, acute kidney injury, and proteinuria.  Dr. Coleman has several areas of expertise. They include Hypertension, Anemia, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Kidney Stones, Acute Kidney Disease, and Chronic Kidney Disease. Many of the conditions the doctor treats can be quite devastating to a person’s quality of life. Some of them are even life threatening. It is important to have a doctor that understands the severity of each condition and what the best treatment methods are. There are many cases where a patient has more than one severe illness. When this occurs, great care must be taken to ensure the person receives the best, most accurate treatment possible.
