October Newsletter

Monday, October 2nd, 2023

Dear Friends,

Sr. Regina Chassar, SSJ

Welcome to the month of October! We often associate the month of October with the beginning of the autumn season and the harvest! The image of a harvest is a great one to help us understand the beauty of our Catholic faith. One way to do this is to share with your family the parish bulletin which the church publishes each week.

Our parish bulletin offers information about liturgies, outreach activities and other organizations in our parish and other parish communities. We also publish prayer requests for the sick and infirm. Perhaps you will notice in the bulletin an opportunity for your family to increase the harvest by participating in special events or joining in community outreach activities.

We enjoy a bountiful harvest of goodness through our labors as faithful Catholics. Help your family become aware of the love and care our parish community offers in the name of Jesus.

In a few weeks we will celebrate the Feast of All Saints. Let us pray with and to our favorite Saints. Religious Education classes are not in session on Tuesday, October 31st the eve of All Saints Day. We celebrate our Saints.

Blessings and thanks,

Sister Regina M. Chassar, ssj

Director of Religious Education
